House rules of the rink

1. Who runs the rink

These terms govern your use of rollerwaveclub.com ("Rollerwave Club", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of rollerwaveclub.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may skate

Rollerwave Club is only for users aged 18 or over, and using it confirms that you are 18 or over.

3. The coins

• Every game uses virtual coins, and they are supplied free.
• Coins have zero monetary value and are not money, credit or property of any kind.
• No one can buy, sell, transfer or withdraw coins, or swap them for money, goods, services or prizes. In-app purchases don’t exist.
• Prizes of real-world value? We offer none.
• Coins, levels and features can be adjusted or reset by us whenever we choose.

4. Real money stays off the rink

Real-money gambling? Rollerwave Club neither offers it nor promotes it, and never links to gambling operators.

5. Your membership

• Playing needs a free account. Each person gets one, and it isn’t for sharing.
• Keep your password to yourself, and let us know at once if somebody else has been using your account.
• You can delete your account from the account page at any time. It happens instantly and can’t be undone.
• Accounts used to disrupt the site, or that we believe belong to someone under 18, may be suspended.
• Coins, levels and missions are tied to the account, aren’t your property, and can be reset.

6. Fair play on the floor

Don’t disrupt the site, aim automated tools at it or try to trade coins, and never hand it to anyone under 18.

7. When the rink is open, and liability

The rink comes “as is”; we can change or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids every play and every pay. Where the law forbids limiting a liability, these terms don’t limit it, and your statutory rights stay exactly as they are.
